TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There are a few details our lawyers have asked us to include:-
* Nothing in our terms or conditions shall affect your statutory rights under the law of England. Your use of our website and any subsequent purchase will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in England.
* Descriptions are carefully prepared and, although we research makers’ marks diligently, every collector knows that many early marks were re-used in various forms by later manufacturers and may therefore be confusing. As you’ll appreciate, antique pottery often has minor glazing faults, minor rubbing or minor crazing, and we only mention these if they are especially visible.
* We’ve checked and double-checked, and believe our website information is as accurate as we can make it. But we can’t be responsible for any errors or omissions which might creep in between our computer and yours. If you see anything on our site which you think is incorrect, please email us at email@example.com and tell us.
