Mason's Patent Ironstone fruit dish,
11.1" long, c1813-1830

This stunning antique English ironstone fruit dish was originally part of a dessert service.  It's beautifully decorated in the greatly sought-after "Water Lily" pattern and is in outstanding condition.  There are no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.  Almost 200 years old, and it's as lovely as when it left the factory!  You'll never see a better example than this.

(See "Godden's Guide to Ironstone..." p19 for a colour picture of this and the other shapes of dessert dishes).
